If you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return your selection to us, as long as it is in an unused, saleable condition complete with original packaging within 28 days of receipt.
Simply post your order back to us complete with a covering letter of your requirements, a copy of your original order, your full name and address and day time telephone number.
All items will be inspected before action is taken to satisfy your request.
Postage may be charged on items returned for exchange.
Please make sure that all items are returned with adequate protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. These goods are your responsibility until they safely reach our premises.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
If you are returning faulty items, please return them in a clean condition as we are unable to accept dirty or soiled items.
