Formation of Contract
All requests and orders to Carron Rod & Case Company are provisional and non-binding until a “Confirmation of Order” has been sent to the email address of the registered user.
Payments options
We accept all major credit/ debit cards.
We also accept by post, Cheques made payable to “Carron Rod & Case Company”
Cheques and credit cards will be charged at the time of processing your order and orders will be despatched on that day.
VAT is included in our pricing but is removed at the checkout for those residing outside the EU.
Stock availability
Whilst we make every effort to ensure we have adequate stock, occasionally we can be caught out by items selling faster than expected. In this instance we will inform you by email of the delay and advise you of timings of expected delivery. We can accept no liability arising from our inability to supply items due to lack of stock other than returning any payments received and made by you for such items .
Cancellation
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your contract at any time between the commencement of the contract and the end of seven working days.
If you decide to cancel, we need to be informed in writing of your intention to do so.
In these circumstances, with the exception of any item taken as a bespoke order, we will accept any items from a cancelled order as long as they are returned to us with all packaging intact and in an unused condition as we would have sent them out to you. On inspection and finding these items in accordance with our request we will refund the cost of these rejected or cancelled orders, including postage charge, within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Please note, however, that items are returned at your own cost and we would recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.
